How many pounds of a nuclear plant are needed to generated a megawatt hour of electricity?

Given the materials required to build a nuclear power plant, how much waste will need disposing of when the plant is ultimately retired and decommissioned? Given the amount of cement and steel (as found in research articles), and assuming a 40 years lifetime, each megawatt hour of electricity from a nuclear plant will require about 1.3 pounds of materials, largely steel and cement.
